Immaculate Conception Secondary School is a Catholic secondary school in Itak, Ikono, under the control of the Catholic Education Commission of the Catholic Diocese of Uyo. Founded in 1967 by the Catholic Mission, it has grown from a first intake of 57 students and three teachers into a school of well over a thousand girls, offering Science, Business and Humanities departments.
Here every girl is helped to grow into a woman of knowledge, faith, discipline and integrity.
